About Your Appointment

Your appointment time is saved just for you
We always allow enough time to be sure that you receive the finest quality dentistry and service. We do not overbook. The time we save is just for you. We value your time and do not want to keep you waiting--nor do we want to keep the next patient waiting. If you are not able to be here at your scheduled appointment time please let us know. If you are unable to keep an appointment please notify us as soon as possible (hopefully with 48 hours notice). This courtesy allows us to offer the time to someone else who needs it.

Delays
Rarely, an emergency or a patient's treatment may take longer than anticipated putting us behind schedule. We respect your time and if we may be late for your appointment we will attempt to let you know as soon as possible.

Inclement Weather
To support the safety of our patients and staff we may close the office or limit office hours if adverse weather conditions arise. Please call prior to your appointment time when such circumstances occur.
